Lost & Damaged Parcel

In cases where your parcel does not have any tracking status updated or appeared stuck in transit for 14 days or more, please proceed to our customer service hotline at +6016 678 2858 (WhatsApp only).

Once you have successfully requested, please proceed to prepare the following items:

Lost parcel claim:

  1. Please do provide your order ID for our customer service to process it speedily.

Damaged parcel claims process:

  1. Must raise the claim within 14 calendar days from the date of the parcel received. 
  2. Take a few pictures to show the damaged products. The additional picture to show how was the parcel packaged will be helpful for our customer service to process the claims for you. 
  3. Whatsapp the supporting documents to Bajooby Customer Service +6016 678 2858. 

We will help the claims for you to our respective courier. The claim period will vary due to certain cases. Do keep updated on us to help the cases solve speedily.
